My name is Michael, and I am a local agent in Catawba County and the surrounding areas. You may be asking yourself: Do people still read blogs? Apparently..... it's a shocker for you and me both; however, I invite you to come along on this journey with me. I have decided to take on this endeavor because, quite frankly, real estate agents are supposed to know everything from market stats to places you should avoid unless you want food poisoning. I thought to myself: Why not share what I know? Why not bring people along the chaotic and thrilling journey of not only real estate but finding oneself in a city that is outgrowing its britches?

Why should you read my blog? This is the place for you if you want some good laughs, honest advice, and updates on exciting new events. If you are a hyper-sensitive Karen, you might want to skip the blog and open the book "How To Win Friends and Influence People." As you can tell, I am notorious for giving unsolicited advice but in a constructive, professional, fun way. Honesty is the best policy, and I abide by nothing less, which will be depicted throughout this blog.

Why should I care? If you want to be boring, keep eating at restaurant chains, and know diddly squat about the community you live in, then by all means.....don't care. But if you want to know the best double-decker cheeseburger or if there is going to be a new sweet tea factory in your backyard, then you better find those reading glasses, a cup of coffee, and a place right under your "Live, Laugh, Love" sign.

I am going to have a blast speaking my mind, giving advice, and hopefully adding value to your life. I hope you are as excited as I am!
